AIR CURTAIN INCINERATION - HOW IT WORKS
The ABC Destructor utilizes a pit either above or below ground that measures 40' x 10' by minimum 8' deep. The ABC Destructor is set at one end of the pit and the manifold stretches the length of the pit.
The air being delivered at 30,000 cubic feet/minute and 200 miles/hour is directed downward to the top of the wall creates an air curtain and provides combustion air.
The fire burns at 1,800 to 2,000 degrees fehrenhiet and any unburned gasses are blown back into the pit where they are completely consumed. Left behind is 5% ash.
